This letter should be processed immediately by Governor Schwarzeneggar's office linked to the laws of the State of California and the Underworld History of San Quentin Prison for two reasons. Inform the prisoner that the stay of execution does not mandate his attendance at a maximum security showing of the new motion picture version of the story of "King Kong", but the stay is based on a little known California law that grants a stay of execution to a convicted suspect if the execution is scheduled within a certain short time frame before the premier of a motion picture about the ape, "King Kong". The reasoning behind the law is based on the fact that when the original movie premiered in 1933, a prisoner's execution was delayed through the premier night of the motion picture, and during those few days that the prison system could get the execution back on schedule, a suspect came forth with proof beyond the shadow of a doubt that the accused had not committed the crime for which the execution was ordered. The person who came forth confessed to the crime and offered witnesses and other evidence the previous trial had not uncovered. Also, the real criminal, who revealed his identity in time to save the accused and the state the execution of the wrong person, confessed that he had attended the original premier of King Kong the day before and it was the heart rending saga of the killer ape that forced his emotional state into a position of total honesty and had given him a sense of justice so that he no longer wished to escape the penalty for his crime or allow another person to be executed in his place. It is, to the best of my knowledge, an actual California law based on a true story. The other reason the San Quentin execution should be delayed is because of an old Hollywood and California gangland story that the death chamber in San Quentin is not escape proof. There is a false floor or trap door or fake wall or lock in the place that leads to a place under the prison known as "The Crypts", not Cripps, but the key to working the escape mechanism besides being temporarily buried in a former warden's grave, is possibly the spelling arrangement of the words "crypts" and "cripps". The prisoner could escape through underground tunnels leading out of the crypt area, under the execution chamber. Which reason do you think is most compelling? Seeing if King Kong will reveal the real criminal, or taking the precaution to make sure San Quentin is escape proof? Please see that an at least temporary stay of execution is granted, at least 48 hours to Stanley Tookie Williams.
